That is the law the States are now using to require you to produce your Social Security Number when ever you get any license.
Also go the the 1939 Statutes at Large (Vol 53 Stat. Page 1360). That is the law that created the So-Called Social Security Trust and the numbering system that we now use. That law is found in Chapter 666. And just to understand that it was not a coincidence. The numbered chapter prior to that was Chapter 663. Had the law been placed in its normal order it should have been numbered 664. They skipped 664 and 665 altogether.
